I am passionate about Leadership development – particularly in Schools because our schools – your workplace – are at the forefront of developing our leaders of tomorrow.

In 2003 I wrote the best selling Leadership @ School and Beyond Kit to help teachers develop leadership skills and ability in students at their school.  This series of programs has had phenomenal reviews which got me to thinking that not only do principals and teachers want to help their students become better leaders but that they want to become better leaders themselves and develop their own leadership ability.

But………a lot of the stuff on offer was so dry and non-participative and I believe people learn best when they are having fun and are engaged and challenged.

So…..in February 2008 I designed a 2-day intensive and interactive workshop just for staff in schools to do just that – develop their leadership ability in a fun, engaging and challenging way. We called it the Leadership Bootcamp.

And due to the incredible feedback we have continued delivering them. Now people are asking when we’re doing it again.

So we’re going to put on another event, but it is now known as the School Leadership Intensive in 2012.
